Crambeck Management Company is a limited company established when the village was created to look after the village land and amenities . Each house/flat owner is an equal shareholder in the company and pays a monthly management fee to fund the company’s outgoings. There are currently 3 directors who are company shareholders, residents and volunteers. They meet at 4-6 week intervals to discuss village affairs.
An annual general meeting is normally held in September each year at which a report of company activities is given, directors are elected and the accounts are adopted.
The main concern of the company is the village estate and a gardener is contracted to look after the extensive grounds including the village greens and recreation areas. Other communal matters are addressed as necessary together with current concerns raised by residents.
Bulletins are produced at intervals throughout the year giving residents details of village activities.
